# ABOUT BORROW.MD

BORROW.md is a working idea: a plain markdown file an AI agent reads before it borrows anything, whether money, credit, compute time or someone else's tool. It says how much, from whom, for how long, and when a person has to say yes first.

## WHAT IT COULD COVER

• - limits per request and in total outstanding
• - who the agent may borrow from, and who it may not
• - costs to show a person before agreeing: fees, interest, deposits
• - due dates and reminders
• - a record of every request, offer and answer
